Assistance Required: Power BI Auto Refresh Issue

Dear Friends,
 
I hope this message finds you well.
 
I am currently working on a Power BI report and facing an issue with the auto-refresh functionality when connected through an API. While the manual refresh works without any problem, the auto-refresh does not seem to update the data as expected.
 
I kindly request your help with this.

    share complete details and which power bi version you are using there are limitation in normal power bi desktop and power bi pro version
