It's not just a dashboard, there are multple pages in the report top present data from different points of view: a page to show top 10 countries by number of cases/deaths, a page to compare countries by case fatality rate, mortality and Global Health Security Index, a tool to compare COVID-19 trends between selected countries and others.
Updated (9/1/2020): I created the report in earlier February and I'm still changing it when I have time. Some pages are well designed, some pages still require a final touch, some pages will be removed since they are not relevant to this stage of the pandemic...
Main data source: GitHub COVID-19 Data Repository by the Center for Systems Science and Engineering (CSSE) at Johns Hopkins University.

Hi Avatori,
I want to share your dashboard with citizens in Vietnam, but, my country has many people who can't read English.Hi Avatori,
Great dashboard. Is it possible to get a copy of your .pbix as curious to see how you brought in the various the news feeds.
Thanks.
>>Is it possible to get a copy of your .pbix
I'm sorry, so far I'm not going to share the pbix file. But feel free to ask any questions about the report.
Hi - you did an incredible job on this dashboard. I especially like the daily % chart that shows the Top 5 countries new case change rate. Are you pre-calculating this in the table with Power Query or using DAX measure? I have trended data table with dates vertically. Any suggestion you can provided would be gratefully accepted.
Steve
@chamue329 , @abubakrsaad, sorry for such delay with my answer. I hope you're fine, it's a tought time on this planet now.
I used Power Query only to transform data structure, all calculations are based on DAX measures. For % of growth it's just simple today's cumulative value divided by yesterday's cumulative value.
For all maps I used basic 'Map' visual, nothing special.
what the custom visual for word map?
