@v-nuoc-msft thanks, the weird thing is that I never created this file, yet it shows up in several of the Airflow jobs I create.

The following are possible causes of these errors:
File path and permission problems. Make sure the file path is correct and that you have sufficient permissions to access and read the file.
Check file content for special characters or formats. You can try opening the file with a simple text editor to see if there are any exceptions. For example: Notepad.
Check the log file for Airflow or a related tool to see if there is more information about this error.
