Data Workflow 503

Hello Fabricators,

I am trying to use the MS Fabric Data Workflow, however, every work flow I create is showing ERROR 503 BAD Gateway .

I have tried to contact the support, however, for some reason my tenant is not allowed to open a request ticket, even I am being the Global Administrator of the Tenant

I am getting the same issue - mainly when adding a new python package to the airflow environment. I am not sure how it is installing a package but this happened several times and it does not work. No one from microsoft is there to provide support. this feature is not working at all.

Hi @p_da

A 503 error usually means that the server is temporarily unable to process the request. This error is usually due to the server being overloaded or undergoing maintenance.

Here are some common reasons:

Server overload: The server may be processing too many requests and cannot respond to new requests in a timely manner.

Maintenance: The server may be undergoing maintenance or updating and cannot provide services temporarily.

Gateway issues: If a gateway is used, the gateway may not be able to connect to the back-end server.

If you are using a local data gateway, try restarting it.

Some users solved the problem by deleting and recreating the workspace.
