data activator issue - can't edit or add new rules

data activator issue - can't edit add new rule - i have admin permission for the ws and im in edit mode,

what could it be ? see the image below - cant click on new property or new rule - PLS HELP

I found the solution , we needed to change text in the alert and then it asked me to upgrade the alert and after it worked out !

can you create a new alert from a visual that has at least one measure?

Yes , i can , but i cant edit the exsiting one

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum. 

Going forward the issue is that you can't edit new rule please check the below points:
The visual or measure linked to the rule might have changed or been removed, which can sometimes lock the rule.
Ensure the alert you’re trying to edit is still linked to a valid visual and measure.

If I misunderstand your needs or you still have problems on it, please feel free to let us know.

the visual is linked and exist , i also have tried a new alert , and i cant edit it nither
