Trigges appears as Untitled

For some reason, my triggers looks like this

I reload the page, clear the cache, etc... but the triggers still appears like this, i cannot delete them nor stop them, i cannot create new ones, how can i solve it? I prefer not to delete the Reflex Item

2. Inspect Browser Console for Errors. Open your browser's developer tools (usually accessible by pressing F12) and check the console tab for any errors. Errors here can provide clues on what might be going wrong.
3. Review Trigger Configuration. Although you mentioned that you cannot delete or stop the triggers, it would be helpful to know if you can access any trigger settings or configurations. Sometimes, making a minor edit and saving can refresh the trigger's state.

You can also try testing with different accounts on the same computer and in the same browser to see if the problem occurs, as well as testing with the same account on different computers to troubleshoot.

Unfortunately none of this worked, I had to delete my Reflex, thanks for your answer
