The Data Activator cannot trigger actions from this visual because it does not have measures.
Good afternoon, everyone,
I am having issues related to an alert in Power BI. I would like to add a measure whose calculation consists of taking the maximum of a date, placing the measure in a card, and setting an alert on this card.
However, when I try to activate the alert on the card, I receive the message: “The Data Activator cannot trigger actions from this visual because it does not have measures.
The message is completely strange because I can create alerts with this measure in other dashboards, but in the most important dashboard, it is not working.

This is a known limitation, "Set Alert" supports numeric, text or boolean measures. Datetime measures are not supported. You can convert the measure into a text measure instead of datetime.
Measure = CONVERT(MAX('Table'[Date]),STRING)Best Regards,

This issue has been submitted internally. Please be patient to wait for fixing. If there is any news, I will update it here.
Through my testing, there is an alternative to setting up alerts properly:
Create a semantic model from lakehouse then create a new measure, then create a new report, place that measure on the card visual object, then set the alert.Best Regards,
