Still received emails even after alert is deleted

I saw a couple other threads on this but no solution. I had created an alert as a test and then deleted it a day or so later. I tried signing out of PBI and back in and still get the email. When I click view details I get the below message:

Error accessing the artifact
We are currently not able to access the artifact. Please try again after sometime.

Why is this marked as Solved?
I too have been getting a ton of emails after the reflex was deleted (didnt get any before that).

@Anonymouswhat temporary solutions have been implemented?

I marked it because I got an answer and basically there is nothing to do. Mine did stop about  a day after this.

Hi @gp10 ,

Marking this as an Answer doesn't mean that the issue has been fixed, we just want to make it quicker for others facing this issue to know that it's a known issue, as well as make it quicker for others to find a solution once it's fixed in the future. We apologize for the misunderstanding.
The temporary fix we don't know what it is, it's something our techs are deploying. But as soon as a permanent solution becomes available, I'll be the first to respond.

Thanks. Do they have any eta on a solution? It was fine the first week or so but I suddently started getting them hourly.

I'm sorry this I can't give you an exact time frame, it seems to be a common issue and a relatively complex process to resolve, at this time I understand that temporary solutions have been implemented to mitigate the issue. The permanent fix will take some time, so please be patient, thanks!
