Reflex triggered items don't have Properties value

Obserserving this issue since 2024-10-30 19:35 CET. The items created by reflex (IcM and Teams) don't have the properties values in the title. Is this a known issue? Any workaround?

IcM:

Teams (Data Activator):

I have the same problem:

I have a powerbi report with a table and a column "Alert". I created a trigger on data activator that sends an email when the alert changes from True to false and viceversa.

"Merchant" is the primary key of the table. The mail action was always working and detecting both alert and merchant value:

Since 30-10-2024 the email subject does not have the property value, but the name of the property in curly brackets:

I tried to recreate the alert, but it seems that there's a new version of the interface and the primary key colum does not even appear:

Does creating the Reflex in the workspace work with a powerbi Report? It seems that only works with fabric items/azure storage... The only way I found to create an alert on a dashboard is by visually click on an element of a report and create a data activator item.

@Anonymous I guess, you are using the older version. Try creating a new alert.

Yes, reflex was working with powerbi report, but as of now, it stopped working. Still you could try with newer version, there is no reflex, but activator.

@Anonymous It was working fine, the issue started all of a sudden. I can create a new reflex but is not a solution. It could occure again. I want to understand the root cause for this. Although I created the reflex on top of Semantic model, It should be fine. If there is any limitation, please share some details. In case I missed or overlooked.

Hi @rabbisht ,

If you are a Power BI Pro licensee, you can create a support ticket for free and a dedicated Microsoft engineer will come to solve the problem for you.
It would be great if you continue to share in this issue to help others with similar problems after you know the root cause or solution.

Hi @rabbisht ,

It works fine through my tests. Could you try creating the Reflex in the workspace instead of setting the alert through a visual object.
