Not able to save/add/update Reflex triggers

Hi all,

I have a Reflex stream in Microsoft Fabric which holds 22 reflexes, based on incoming data. They work fine, however since this morning I am not able to customize/add any of them. Even when trying to just display the data I get the following errors message:

Whenever I am trying to update/save a new trigger I get the following error:

Without any further information.

I can however, create a new property, but I am very limited as to what I can do with it, as I cannot add columns from an event stream or record. After I click on the window just remains clear.

I already tried clearing my cache and cookies for Fabric, without any results.

Any help on diagnosing this issue is appreciated, please reach out if you can point me in the right direction.

Kind Regards,

Siebe

Hi @Anonymous ,

I can't make out this screenshot you uploaded:

Can you repost it?
Also, could you please check if you have received any error codes? If you can find the error codes, you can try to troubleshoot the errors based on the information in this document:
Troubleshooting errors in Data Activator - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

And what's more, based on the symptoms you've described, it seems like there might be an issue with the Reflex trigger creation or update process. This could be related to a known issue with token creation failures that sometimes affect the creation and customization of Reflex triggers.
If you're working within Power BI reports or any other integrated services, try removing &clientSideAuth=0 from the URL in the address bar of your browser, then reload your report or the Fabric interface. This step has helped some users bypass the token creation error.

If that still doesn't fix it, try deleting the existing Reflex and recreating it (you can check if it works by deleting one and recreating it first).

Best Regards,
Dino Tao

Hey @Anonymous,

Thanks for your response.

I reattached a more clear picture in the original post, so you should be able to view it now.

To answer your first question, no I haven't had any error codes in the past two months from my reflex triggers. To adress the second solution you suggest, I do not have a &clientSideAuth=0 in my adress bar. In which part of Fabric should this be visible? Like you suggested, I am indeed working with PowerBI reports.

Kind Regards,

Siebe
