Data Activator issue: "Actions.InvalidRecipientDomain"

Hello, 

I have an Alert that's been working fine for months but all of a sudden one of my recipients is no longer receiving alerts. I'm getting an email with the following error:

This user's email address has not been changed and is in the same domain as everyone else who is receiving the alert correctly. What's causing this?

Hi  @RYU209 ,

 

Could you please check if the user that executed the test action has an email in Azure?
portal.azure.com ->  Microsoft Entra ID -> Users -> find and select the user -> Overview -> Properties

I followed your steps and they do have an email address in Azure.

Could you update the field Contact Information > Email and then try test action again?

Unfortunately I don't have the access level to edit their email; however, the email looks correct already.
