This session will look at the combination of commercially available wearables devices and Dynamics 365 using the Connected Field Service solution. Several current client examples being discussed across the Local Government, Housing, and Mining spaces. Several elements of the Power Platform will be included and demonstrated, such as PowerApps and natively, contextual Power BI reports within Dynamics 365, including near-real time streaming examples. The actual Azure assets associated with the solution will also be explained and justified with expected operation costs being quantified on deployments of varying size. Attendees can expect insights into the viability of deploying the CFS solution as both a Microsoft partner and as an end customer.
