Hi, pankaj_2086

There are two ways to export data from a Power BI visual: Export summarized data and Export underlying data. However, both of them export data by the hierarchy, not simply the data used for the current drill level for the visual. For example, we had drilled down to the city level, but our export includes country data as well. I'd like to suggest you revert the visual to what you want and then export data.

For further information, please refer to the official document .

Best Regards

Allan

If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.

Unfortunately this is not a suitable answer for report consumers.

The most frustrating part is if you select the elipses and choose to view as a table, you see exactly what you want to export at the hierachy level you've selected but PBI doesn't allow you to either export, or even select the table for copy/paste in a web browser.

If you come across this thread and want to see this feature - summarixed data export at the heirarchy level shown in the visual, please upvote this Power Bi Idea someone has already requested: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/34526479-allow-export-of-summarized-data
