narratives not working when viewed as a service

I can view the Narrative Science results in my desktop but all of a sudden they return blanks when viewed as a service.
Any ideas of what can be happening?:mansad:

I am seeing the same issue.

Narratives seem to be broken in the Power BI service/portal.

I asked the owners of the app about this issue and they suggested to delete the app imported from the store and replace it with the app from their site and all is fine now...

"We believe there may be an issue with our extension file that is downloaded from the MicroSoft store. Can you try downloading another one from our Narrative Science website here? Then uninstall the other extension file and use the new one"
