Power BI Q&A with SSAS Live connection

I have SSAS Live (Tabular) model connected to Power BI, running on SQL AS 2022.

When I enable Q&A in PBI Desktop, it works as expected. As soon as I deploy to PBI Service, it does not. Cube is connected via standard gateway (updated to latest version), workspace running on PRO or Embedded workspace.

UPN enabled to translate PBI account to SQL user with admin permissions on SQL AS.

Don’t you have an idea where could be a problem?

Look at this link: Q&A for Power BI business users - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Particularly - make sure it is turned on and make sure it is allowed in that workspace

I would like to confirm one thing with you, are you unable to enable Q&A visual or after enabling it Q&A visual is not working properly?
Could you please provide a screenshot of your Q&A visual on Power BI Service? Take care to protect the privacy of the data in your screenshot.

Thanks for your interest. I enable Q&A, open the report (in the workspace) and get message 'Preparing Q&A', later messages like 'we didn't understand your question' or 'we weren't able to load suggestions right now'. Q&A works locally in Power BI Desktop (with the same data source as described) or with import mode deployed to the workspace.

I've sent you tenant id & db name into private message. is that ok? regarding logs - where from do you need them? PBI Desktop or Gateway? thanks
