hey,

you cant open a URL inside Power BI, you can make them links or hyperlinks or show the content of a URL if it refers to a image but not open a new window inside it, but there can be a workaround this if you use a PowerApps you could use this.

I will not open a new browser window. I will Open hyperlink in same browser window for example in this way:

I add "?rdl:targetSameWindow=true" to the Web-Addresslink, but it open every time a second Browser Window. But I need it in the same Window. Hope this is now clear.

Based on my test, it is impossible to enter a hyperlinked URL in the same window.
