When trying to connect the data source xlsx file an error is output.

The credentials are correct

Anonymous - OK, I have no idea what that error says or even what language it is in. You could check the Issues forum here:

Can you confirm that the Gateway can connect ot the Excel file?

The error is that it cannot use the parameter to connect from the Gateway Server to the file location of the Excel file.
