Not connected to MySQL

Try to connect to our's company database.

And always get this: http://joxi.ru/D2P8e3ehpWb932

I download and instal connector, and did nothing more)

Couse didnt find any information or tutorial in documentation abour BI, what i have to do more.

After installing problem still with me( the same "error window"

btw. i'm not programmer, but want to connect to our database)

Plz, help me someone)

Did you install the mysql connector? If this is a case, I think the issue may related to it, you can take a look at below link:

But the error message is related to the connector, can you ensure you have succeeded install the matched connector?

I understand that error is with connector. But how i can found out that connector was installed and work right way?

I'd like to suggest you use other methods to check the mysql connector state.

For example: you can try to use odbc connection to check the connection state. If odbc can connect to mysql succeed, it means the connector install succeed.

Problem solved using latest version of connectors helps me in windows 10. Version in tutorial didn't worked

which version did you install I tried with mysql-connector-net-6.6.5.msi and with latest mysql-connector-net-6.9.9.msi . But i am unable to connect. Apart from installing,,,is it necessary any extra configuration
