Hi,

I have been running few notebooks in my pipeline for a few months, but from last wednesday, I started receiving the following errors:

Failed to get UserAuth access token. The error message is: 5000: An internal error has occurred. Please retry the operation at a later time. If the issue persists, please contact Microsoft support for further assistance..

I can manually execute the notebooks without using a pipeline. I have tried resetting my password, but it does not seems to help. Have anyone experienced this or being able to solve this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi gigi_c

You see the error message "Couldn't get the UserAuth access token. Error message 5000: Internal error occurred "usually indicates that there is a problem with the authentication service.

You can try the following:

Ensure that there are no ongoing service outages or issues with the authentication service.

Sometimes, cached credentials can cause problems.

Try to clear the cached credentials and re-authenticate.

Regards,

Nono Chen

If this post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.
