OData connection problems Failed to create odata connection to RequestUrl.

Hello again.

I have problems with connecting to On-premise systems which uses OData connection. What's more, when i'm using the dataflow gen2 the problem disappear. It happens only in copy data activity in data pipeline.

Error message: Failed to create odata connection to RequestUrl. Access to X.X.X.X is denied, resolved IP address is X.X.X.X, network type is OnPremise (IP addresses is the same).

I found similar issue in Azure Data Factory, but i want to be sure that it is a different thing.
