Fabric capacity being throttled for 2 days now

Hi - my fabric F4 capacity has given me this error for 2 days now.

I am not running work and when I want to connect to the Warehouse from Power BI I get this error message. I'm not pausing the capacity.

I ran a large copy pipeline on late thursday + some stored procedures on thursday + friday.

What do I ened to do to get back to running successfully - I see now overages in the charts.

Thanks for using Fabric Community.
As I understand Fabric capacity being throttled for >24 hours, it will in frozen untill the carry forwars is paid off.

I see no overages in the capacity report - and the capacity has been active and should have caught up now with any overages - and still I get the capacity error when connecting to the SQL Endpoint for the Fabric workspace from Power BI Desktop.

I did run a pipeline job from the workspace just now - and that did not give me an error.

There are no overages showing in the capacity report over the past 5 days.

This is the error I keep getting over the past 3 days when connecting to the SQL Endpoint from Power BI Desktop.

This can't be right.

When I connect to the SQL endpoint from SSMS it works fine too - so it is something to do with GetData in Power BI.

How do I fix it.

I have submitted a support ticket for the bug - 2403060040014582

I finally got around to it and the issue still occurs today.
