&lt;P&gt;8.Check the port number that SQL Server is using&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;9.Check that the firewall is not blocking access to SQL Server&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;10.Check that the Service Principal Name has been registered&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
