Dataflow Gen2 can't create destination table in lakehouse

Hello!

I have a Dataflow Gen2 that loads two queries and combines them as new. The preview is fine, everything works. I set a new lakehouse table as the destination for the combined query and publish the dataflow. Then I get this error:

I tried again later. I made a completely new dataflow. I tried to select a different lakehouse in a different workspace as destination. Nothing works. Does anyone have an idea what could cause this?
