    <description>&lt;P&gt;All week I've been having issues getting dataflows to publish. When you click publish, the spinner just keeps going. Eventually you have to just refresh the page, and all of your work is lost. This happened to me 3 times in the last hour.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
