&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the issue you have been facing. Currently adding new columns in a Lakehouse table is not supported in Fabric. This is the reason you are not able to add a column after publishing the Dataflow Gen2.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Add Column After Publishing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After I published a table to my Lakehouse, I seem to be unable to go back and add a new column in the Dataflow without deleting the Lakehouse table first, adding the new column, then setting the destination again. This means I have to go back into the SQL Endpoint each time to rebuild the model, including column formatting for Power BI.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
