How do I lift a ban

Hi,

I received notification that I have been banned from the Fabric community due to excessive spam. I've never once posted in the community, or even replied to a post. I've only ever browsed for answers. How do I get this banned lifted? I'm very confused how I got banned in the first place. I used a different email to submit this post as I can't use my regular one to access anything Fabric Community related.
