The most common causes are using the wrong connector, an outdated Desktop build, or missing permissions on the Lakehouse’s semantic model or SQL endpoint.

How are you tryung to connect, over SQL Endpoint or directly through OneLake?

What verison of PowerBI Desktop are you using?

If you found this helpful, consider giving some Kudos. Microsoft has moved into the cloud database using Fabric SQL/ Lakehouse. Also, Could you please send the screenshot of Power Query online??
