Variable Libaray usage help

I am trying to use a variable library in my data pipeline. In the pipeline screen, where you set the Libarary Variables up, if I try and select the avaiable one that I want in the Variable Name dropdown, it sees to have a bug in the selection box that when i click on the one I want, it autoscrolls up and will not select the correct one. If I use the arrow key to scoll through the slectable values it seems to bugout and jump to the top of the list. Nothing I do will let me select the value I want. Is there a trick to this? Is it some sort of sick game that they want me to play?

It seems like you are running into an issue with the variable selection dropdown not behaving as expected, which is not how it should work. Here are a couple of things you could try:
First, clear your browser's cache and cookies, as that can sometimes cause weird glitches. You might also want to try using a different browser or open it in incognito mode to see if that helps.
Make sure your browser is up to date too, as older versions can occasionally cause these issues. Also, check if your browser zoom is set to 100%, sometimes UI elements get a little wonky if the zoom is off.

Thank you for responding. To be fair, there are other drop down fields in the Fabric environment and they work just fine. This is a bug that needs to be fixed, we need to stop just accepting broken products.

It is no great to hear that the issue is still not resolved.
You're right, it does sound like a bug in that specific dropdown. The best way to get thisis to raise a support ticket. I know that’s not ideal, but it’s the most direct way to make sure it gets properly tracked and fixed. If you would like, I can help you with the steps or point you to the right place to do that.
