Click on the "+" button to create a new project, and then select "Synapse Data Warehouse in Microsoft Fabric" as the target platform.

To import the .dacpac file, right-click on the newly created project and choose "Import Data-tier Application." Browse and select your .dacpac file, then follow the prompts to import the schema and objects into the project.

After importing, right-click on the project and select "Publish." Enter the connection details for your DEV Fabric Warehouse environment and initiate the publish process to deploy the schema and objects.
