One of my engineers has a python notebook in a Fabric workspace where they are an admin. However, when they try to export/download the notebook they get an error. I'm assuming this is a settings issue; does anyone know what setting and where it lives?

Can you provide the details of the error you received? Because you should have no problem downloading notebooks.
