I don't think there is one single learning path that covers everything.

This blog is a good resource with links to relevant information:

I have done this collection as a central piece of my preps (I will take the exam later this month).

Although I believe the exam will contain several questions that are not included in that collection. So I would check out the study guide to get an overview of the exam's scope: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/credentials/certifications/resources/study-guides/dp-700

The exam is currently in beta, I guess more resources will also be available once the exam reaches General Availability status.
