ISSUE:

EXPLANATION:

First of all, contrary to what the error message claims, there is no other user. It is always the same Fabric user that has created everything. So right there... high strangeness. Why this message?

Now, I did change the DF names and also changed the names of each activity respectively. The DF activities updated automatically to point to the renamed DF. However, the 2 notifications on the right with the Teams logo refer to the previous names activity names.

Therefore, after changing an activity name, somehow something does not get updated.

Because of back end changes on security side, this is known issue. We are working through an update for Teams/Email activity. Appreciate you patience.

Apologies for an error from my side. The changes which I mentioned earlier are not yet active. So the reason for the error might be something else. I tried to repro the same scenario from my side. I didnt receive any error as mentioned above. I have attached the screenshots for your reference:

I have also changed the names of the dataflow and also the activity names as you mentioned:

Hence this might be an intermittent issue. Can you please try again and let me know?

I'll try to reproduce but at the moment I have no time as I do have a day job and am not supposed to spend this much time doing QA for Microsoft. 😉 But I am open to dedicate more time to this for the right compensation though, a mutually beneficial offer so-to-speak, if Microsoft finds this user feedback valuable.
