Unable To Share a Connection

In the admin portal I am trying to share a connection with other users. I click On "Manage users" in the toolbal, the side window opens and continues to share forever. It does not matter which connection I select, the result is the same. I am a capacity admin, and the fabric admin, and the workspace creator/admin

Are you an owner or a user with resharing permissions for the connection though? Because connections they have their own permission structure regardless of your Fabric admin status:

That gives me the same results in that no users show up

I tried that before I posted this problem. One, none question pathways you are forced down comes close to matching the issue. And 2 you have to have a support plan.

I finally ended up having to file a billing issue to at least get some attention in support. I was locked at a "C" priority so there is no telling if/when it will get addressed.
