Have you tried this with the <A title="Azure Maps Visual in Power BI - Getting Started" href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-maps/power-bi-visual-get-started" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Azure Maps Visual in Power BI</A>? Azure Maps may have the polygons included.
