I have SQL Server and Power BI Report Server on same VM. I have about 10-20 end-users. VM size is DS11_v2 standard with 2CPU and 14GB RAM. Task manager says that 11/14GB is in use while there are no end-users activity in portal. When I click reports, load data takes 20sec.
