Power BI Report cannot open after Web Server URL and Report Server URL was edited

I have modified Web Server URL and Report Server URL and now I cannot no longer open PBI Report.

What PBI report actually try to do when clicked in Report Server? What is address it try to open?

Take a look at the following article on changing the server URL's. It could be a few things, such as restarting the server, server encryption key or other.
