Hi

I am new to Power BI and need help in solving an issue with report distribution in pdf format.

Developed a simple tabular report that have around 100 rows using power BI desktop and trying to distribute this report to a group using email option. When selcted PDF option in Power BI Robots, the report is getting generated as a snapshot with scrollbars on the side instead of flowing on to the next page. Is there any way to get the report in multiple pages(without scrollbars) and since the query us dynamic, is it possible to limit the number of rows that a page has to show somehitng like 25 rows per page in PDF?

Actually this is not possible . If you need print optimized reports, use paginated scars reports.
