DataZen dashboard migration to PowerBi

Hi All - We are planning to migrate the Datazen dashboards to PowerBI using migration assistant for Datazen. Unfortunately our Datazen is installed without the Encryption key using below command:

Insights.Server. 3.0.2962 datazen_isntance_id=<<Instance id>> DONT_USE_ENCRYPTION=true

I have CoreService Location, InstanceID, API port, etc. except Encryption Key.

If i connect to my Datazen server without Encryption it is throwing an error.

Is there any way to migrate the datazen dashboards to Power BI without Encryption Key OR Is there any way to upgrade the existing Datazen server with Encryption key.

Ane help on this is highly apprecaited.

Based on my research, encryption key is necessary when use SQL Server Migration Assistant for Datazen tool. See: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/sqlrsteamblog/2016/07/11/sql-server-migration-assistant-for-datazen-preview-now-available/

In your scenario, you might need to re-install the Datazen with encryption key follow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vOWqFpzR6KY

Thanks Qiuyun Yu. I will reinstall the Datazen with Encryption key. But, Is there any way to migrate the dashboards to new Datazen server from old datazen server which doesn't have encryption key. As per the Datazen documentation, InstanceId/Encryption key should be identical to migrate the dashboards from one server to another :(. I am totally lost here :(

Based on my research, it's not able to migrate server if encryption key is not available.

As I don't have much more knowledge about the Datazen product, I would suggest you to create a case to Microsoft to get dedicated support: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/assistedsupportproducts.
