Error rendering Excels on PBIRS load balanced farm

Hi Team,

We have a Load Balanced Farm of PBIRS having a Load Balanced URL.

We have also hosted office online on a different server.

When we hit the servers directly to open the excels, they work absolutely fine.

However, when we render excels on load Balanced URL on https, we get below error:

"Unable to open the file;

We couldn't find the file you wanted.

It's possible the file was renamed, moved or deleted"

The Excels render fine on http.

We are unable to replicate the issue.

Kindly help!!

May be you might have to configure "View state validation" on each server.
