      <description>&lt;P&gt;Web service URl provides below response&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;desktop-3jr7j5g/ReportServerPBI - /&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Microsoft Power BI Report Server Version 15.0.2.402 &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But Web portal URL throws Error 503&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H2&gt;Service Unavailable&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me to understand what am I missing here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The current setup is with SQL Express&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for helping me on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried but it still gives me the same error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have switcehd between different ports too but teh probelem remains teh same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Web Service URL provides correct response&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but Web Portal URL gives&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;HTTP Error 503.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Please check the url reservation at the reposting services configuration manager. You can try to switch to iPhone address. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally check if its helps when you disable the firewall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please provide some information about your environment?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
