SSRS REST API to create report dynamically

I am trying to use the new REST API in SSRS/PBIRS 2017 and cannot able to create report dynamicaaly. I just get http 400 errors : bad request

we are using HTTP Post \Reports to Creates a new Report CatalogItem.

We tried passing Content as string and byte of array;But no luck we are getting Http 400 bad request error.
