    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, so I solved this in the end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power BI will NOT install if you have anything (such as existing Reporting services instances) on port 80 or 8083&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use NETSH to identify any clashes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn't mind the temporary listeners reservation on 80.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have several instances and 8083 had a conflict that the installer wasn't able to resolve, once moved to other ports, the install sailed through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The system cannot find the file specified&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at Microsoft.BIServer.Configuration.Http.UrlReservationManager.ReserveAndDeleteIfExists(String url, String securityDescriptor)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at Microsoft.BIServer.Configuration.UrlApplications.RegisterAll()&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at SetupEngine.Install()&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1|Attempting to roll back...&lt;BR /&gt;1|----| Uninstall SkuStep |----------------&lt;BR /&gt;1|----| Uninstall SkuStep | END |----------&lt;BR /&gt;1|----| Uninstall CatalogStep |----------------&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its a win server 2012R2 box&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.NET 4.7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SQL2016 ENT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SQL2017 ENT Reporting services&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apologies if this has come up as a repost - the forum tells me my previous posts have posted but I can't see them anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
