Could you tell me if it's possible to export not only the internal hierarchy data from the "Matrix" visualization, but also the values from the rows in the upper hierarchy?
For example, in this example, three rows are exported. Is it possible to get a row with the totals for Workshop 1 and the entire production in Excel?
The Power BI cloud service supports exporting by visualization layout, but Report Server doesn't have this feature.
How can I get this functionality? Are there plans to add export by visualization layout in Report Server updates?

ReyCarter_777 Hi!

In Power BI Service you can export a Matrix using “Data with current layout”, which keeps the hierarchy structure and includes totals/subtotals (if they’re visible/expanded in the visual).

However, Power BI Report Server does not support this export mode — it only allows flat summarized or underlying data exports. So totals like Workshop or grand totals can’t be exported in the same matrix layout.

If you need that layout in Report Server, the best workaround is to use a Paginated Report or recreate the matrix in Excel (Analyze in Excel/PivotTable).

At the moment there’s no announced plan to add “export by layout” to Report Server.
