We have the same situation and I must change every datasource in the Report to the new connection and publish it again. ;) Maybe its possible to go a other way but I didn't found one.

with best regards,

Kathrin :)

Hi there,

planning to move some DWH databases from one server to another. Only the server name will change, databases are restored on the new server. I wonder if it only takes changing the gateway datasource definitions to point all scheduled datasets to the new source? Or is it mandatory to republish all reports with the 'new' connection? Quite a number of reports in that case, loads of work I imagine..
