    <description>&lt;P data-start="173" data-end="376"&gt;The behavior where &lt;STRONG data-start="192" data-end="225"&gt;visuals appeared pre-selected&lt;/STRONG&gt; (showing a &lt;STRONG data-start="237" data-end="269"&gt;border + “Pin visual” option&lt;/STRONG&gt;) was &lt;STRONG data-start="275" data-end="288"&gt;not a bug&lt;/STRONG&gt; in most cases. It was mainly due to &lt;STRONG data-start="325" data-end="375"&gt;new UX behavior introduced in Power BI Service&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't want this or find this distracting than you can always turn it off by following below steps:-&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone, I am seeing some weird issues on my reports. It almost seems like the visuals are being pre-selected because it shows a border around the visuals with options to pin that visual.
