System user permission error in Report Server

Hello,

I just added a user as a system user to the report server but she gets insufficient permission error as shown below. She is just a user and does not require ODAC install. We use Oracle database. I need advise on next steps.

What action is she trying to perform?

System user does not grant any permissions or access to view or upload reports.

System User and System Administrator roles are used to view and change system settings.

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

Go to manage folder in the home page

and then add a user with all the permissions or with any of your choice, then they will be able to view the reports.
