&lt;P&gt;This is information I got internally:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. PBIRS is only available as part of Enterprise Edition of SQL Server with SA , so you can’t use a SQL Standard license&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. For Dev machines you can use the DEV SKU (no requires key but is not supported for production) , for installing in multiple environments applies the same limitations that you have for SQL Server , it will depend on how many cores the customer has the right to use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
