Edit and refresh schedule refresh is not visible after may 2025 update

Hi All,

We have upgraded our On-Premise Report server from september 2024 to may 2025 and no one ,even users with sysadmin role can't see Or edit the refresh schedule in Report server. I have seen the issue have already been posted Report Server Permissions Jan/May 2025 - Microsoft Fabric Community

For us since no one is able to edit or schedule refresh including users under system Admin Role. Could you please check and provide a solution as it is affection our Work.

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

After upgrading your Power BI Report Server from the September 2024 version to the May 2025 release, you may encounter an issue where no one including system administrators can see or edit refresh schedules. This is a known bug in the early May 2025 build. Microsoft has addressed and fixed this issue in the May 27, 2025 build (version 15.0.1118.126).

To resolve the issue, first check your current Report Server version by going to Help - About. If the version is older than the May 27 build, download and install the latest update from Microsoft’s official site. After installing the update, restart the Report Server service to ensure all components are properly reloaded.

Next, verify that sysadmin roles include the Manage individual subscriptions and Manage all subscriptions permissions by navigating to Site Settings - Security. If the issue still exists, clear your browser cache or try accessing the portal in an incognito or private browsing session. Once on the correct build, these steps should restore access to the refresh schedule options.

Manage individual Subscripstions
Manage all subcriptions
for Content Manager role and it worked.
