'Data Updated' not showing on one dashboard once published

All of my dashboards display the name and the Data updated details at the top of the dashboard in PowerBI server except for one.

Why is it not showing and yes I've followed all Chat GPT, nothing is different to this dashboard from the other 17 dashboards which all display Data updated. Screen shots shown:

Since you mentioned that all other dashboards show the “Data updated” timestamp and this one doesn’t, even though everything seems to be configured the same way, and you also went through ChatGPT for assistance but still the issue persists. Just to confirm if you had went through all the troubleshooting steps like checking the Dataset Type, if the dashboard/report connected to an imported dataset, or is it using a live connection or direct query or Data source type or dud you check if the dataset behind this report has a completed refresh history.

If you are still unable to solve the issue after going through all the troubleshooting steps, you can reach out to Microsoft Support by raising a ticket with Microsoft Support.

Hi shaz

If one dashboard doesn’t show the “Data updated” info while others do, it’s likely because its dataset refresh history is missing or incomplete. Check if the dataset behind that dashboard has successful refreshes logged—without that, Power BI can’t display the update timestamp.
