To Whom It May Concern:

I am not able to upload brand package in Power BI Report Server. I am trying to Brand our Power BI Report Server with our organization Logo. I have read through and watched the video that is locaed in the micrsoft.com brand the web portal. However, in doing so, I am getting the below error. Please provide feedback, thank you.

Check the package format to ensure it is a ZIP file
Validate the branding files include appropriate JSON configuration and image files (like logos and backgrounds), and make sure there is no any syntax errors or inconsistencies in the JSON file.
Ensure the size of the ZIP file doesn't exceed any limitations
Ensure you have the proper permission

Good Morning,

Thank You for the feedback. I discovered what I was doing incorrectly. After making the adjustments in the json and xml files, I left the files in a folder, copied the folder itself and pasted into a zip file. This was causing the error. So, I removed the folder within the zip file, leaving the files only zipped.
